A weekend of fun celebrating our local heritage. This year’s theme was “Growing From Our Roots”.
We added a volleyball tournament this year to go with our old favorites: parade, games, community BBQ, art show, family dance, and of course fireworks. See the full list of events here.

This year’s theme of “Settlers and Soldiers” was intended to build on the heritage of our greater community. This past December-January marked the 175th anniversary of the 1846-47 Mormon Battalion march through this valley.

Travel back in time and enjoy the sights and sounds of an Old West Military Ball. The annual 1880s Historic Grand Ball is a popular event for all ages, with live music provided by the 4th Cavalry Regimental Band of Ft. Lowell, Arizona Territory. The drawing for the 2021 Heritage Quilt will happen just before the fireworks on the evening of July 24. Need not be present to win.
March 7, 2020: 1880s Historic Military Ball
Authentic 19th Century music, clear dance instruction, historic flags, period dress and refreshments all come together for a truly unforgettable experience for all ages.
