The Saturday evening Pioneer Day events (5:00-9:00 pm) will be held on the St. David High School football field and are enjoyed by hundreds as they await the prize drawings and fireworks. Food, craft, and other vendors are wanted.
Booth space is $10 plus a drawing item worth at least $10. Food vendors must be registered by July 3rd.
FOOD VENDORS PLEASE BE AWARE:
If you plan to be a food vendor at this event, you will need to have all necessary permits/ licenses required by Cochise County (please make sure they are updated and current). Temporary food vendor applications can be found at the county’s website. ALL food vendors will need to submit a vendor application using the Google Form link provided on the website, by Sunday, July 3rd, twenty days prior to the event. This ensures that all necessary documentation and permits are available well before the event to avoid any mistakes. We will not be accepting any food vendors after July 3rd and appreciate timely applications.
